To ensure the quality of each wristbands, Each bracelet materials needed measure by electronic scale. 5.Processing (Stamping) After installing the mold on the stamping machine, we need to warm up the machine. Heating time depends on the size of the machine, our factory use two hundred T machine, so the heating time needs about 2 hours. Production output of 1 machine with 9 wristbands mold could be 15000 pcs, total output of our factory could reach maximum 300000 pcs. 6.QC Each bracelet needs pass QC inspection to check if it is qualified product. 7.Cutting There will be some residual edge on the wristbands during the stamping process, after passing the QC department, we would send the products for cutting. We have machine cutting which is fast and clean for normal size wristbands, and skillful workers for cutting those figured styles bracelets. 8.Custom Crafts Processing After finishing cutting, we would send the finished cutting products either to color filled or to screen printing department based on the customers` custom design. 9.Packing 3 ways of packing the well finished wristbands a.OPP bag: 1pc/bag, 100 bags/big bag, 5bags/ctn b.Bulk: 100pcs/bag, 5bags/ctn c.According to customers` requirement 10.
